Yoga and Mindfulness in P2

We are currently completing yoga and mindfulness sessions in Primary 2. The children are really enjoying learning new techniques to help them develop their physical, emotional and mental health. These are techniques that they will be able to call on throughout their lives. Get them to show you some poses at home!
