P7 Action Mental Health Workshop

P7 had a very worthwhile day, working alongside Michael from Action Mental Health, on the Healthy Me programme. They participated so well and really took on board useful tips and strategies that they can use to help them moving forward. Healthy Me promotes social and emotional well-being through problem-solving, coping and resilience skills, promoting awareness among pupils on the importance of their mental and physical health.
