P6 have been studying and researching rainforest animals as part of our World Around Us topic this term.
The four rainforest animals we decided as a class to research were the; jaguar, macaw, orangutan and sloth. We researched the animal’s appearance, its diet, whether it is going extinct or not, what layer of the rainforest it lives in and included interesting facts for our planning page. We then worked in groups to complete our leaflet using Microsoft Publisher. We enjoyed the challenge of using our typing skills to complete our leaflets and are very proud of how they have turned out!
