P5 Pizza Fractions

P5 have been learning all about fractions this month. We focused on adding and subtracting fractions by keeping the denominator the same and only changing the numerator as part of our mental maths skill of the week and are now working on finding fractions of whole numbers. 

Have a look at some of the fraction pizzas we created. Inside each pizza has the fraction of each pizza topping written, e.g. 2/6 pepperoni and 2/6 mushroom. 🍕
