Maths Week in Primary 1

This week we had lots of fun doing practical maths activities. We problem solved how to form numbers using Autumn objects and stones.  We played games like Splat the number, Dotty Dino and Incy Wincy Spider.  We went on a treasure hunt to find a certain amount of objects.  We use paint and chalk to form our numbers. We worked together to build towers to match a number. We learned about and sorted 2D shapes.  P1 children are great little mathematicians.
