Out topic this term has been 'Yum, Yum'. We set up our role play area as a cafe where the children have been taking orders, setting tables, acting as waiters and waitresses, cooking food and making hot drinks for customers. They have made real hot chocolate and milkshakes and washed their own dishes. We have also been learning all about money, simple fractions and capacity through this topic.
