BBC Northern Ireland Two Minute Tales

Our Key Stage 2 pupils entered a BBC NI short story competition where they had to write a 2 Minute Tale based on the ‘Spirit of Christmas’. We are delighted to announce that James Smith in P5 has been chosen as a finalist. His story ‘Don’t be afraid, You’re Not Alone’ will be voiced by an actor and broadcast on The Stephen Clements Radio Ulster show in December. He will also receive a specially commissioned illustration based on his story. James treated us to a reading of his story in assembly today and we all agree he is a very worthy finalist.
